No traditional environmental group that Did Not Respond, Refused to Respond or Scored a Pooer rating on the Green Diversity Report Card should be allowed to contribtue to the conference. Such support is a cheap way for them to appear to be concerned about minority environmental issues. The report card is at the link below.
